Many of us spend a great part of our lives wondering why we are the way are, or why we haven’t started a certain business or experience for example and with the words in this book, I could see much clearer had I not read it. Each chapter I felt like there was a personal coach right along with me as I read. 
Gaining bits of wisdom and aha moments. How long have you not been trusting yourself and your own instinct? It is NO LONGER the case for me. Being able to read this book has been such a gift. I imagine you saying the words to me over a cup of tea, as a friend, and it instantly adds more weight to it. The information and ideas are presented in a way that is easy to digest, easy to relate to, and easy to action. 
Big ideas and mindset shifts can sometimes be so overwhelming and intimidating to adopt. I love how each chapter is broken down in a logical way, and that you give real life examples of how the behavior manifests and how to tackle it. I love the "replace with" thoughts. 
I love that I can pick the behaviors and thoughts that I truly identify with and focus on them first. It's really more of a "handbook/guide" I think than a traditional book. 
For me, its is a winner and truly useful. I tend to quickly start rolling my eyes at the toxic positivity mumbo jumbo style of most self help books that all seem to not only say the same thing, but also say it in the same way...overexplaining the principle of something but not really getting to the "okay great, but now what?" part of it.
